Instructions on how to register your plants:

(Documents needed for this section under 'Show Registration Documents' below) 

1.   Look over the 2024 GAOS Show Rules

2.   Go to Exhibits Numbers doc and find the number for your exhibit

3.   Go to Exhibitor Numbers doc and find your exhibitor number (if your name is not on the list call/text 440-429-5779)

4.   Go to MAOC Orchid Classes to identify the class for each plant you are entering. If you need help, reference the supporting documents below (if you still need help, call/text 440-429-5779). Be sure to use the MAOC document dated July, 2020. 

5.   Click the registration link to register your plants

Instructions for the registration link:

(Documents needed for this section under 'Supporting Show Documents' below) 

1.   At the top of the website, enter your name
2.   Enter the exhibitor number 
3.   Enter the exhibit number
4.   Enter the class for your plant

5.   Enter the genus of the plant
6.   Enter the rest of the plant name.  If the plant has no ID, then enter hybrid and put a name in parentheses after "hybrid"
7.   Answer if you have another plant to enter.  If you say 'Yes" then  after you answer the last question, you will return to this page to  enter another plant.
8.  Check all your entries and when they are correct, answer "yes"
